Corporate Training
Teams that train together, excel together.
- The courses are business initiative focused. What are the business issues that must be addressed now in this moment in time?
- Deeply rooted in specific contexts inside of organizational culture, relationships, and practices.
- Facilitated learning of specified skills are practiced. Feedback and coaching are offered. Major improvements are made. Transformation happens.
Why Corporate Training?
The groups are intentionally kept to 6-8 participants so that there is adequate hands-on learning available to each individual. Facilitation offers the opportunity to learn from each other.
Camaraderie aids the learning environment. Networking takes place. Peer feedback and encouragement has a definite richness and advantage.
Clients have discovered the benefits of group learning. The exchange and skills capture is exponential.
Training is delivered in-person or over an online learning platform.
Collecting objectives from leadership and pre-assessment of the individuals allows for a highly tailored and custom fit experience.
Success Story
For a decade, I had the privilege to conduct a Leadership Academy with a practice in a professional services firm (Big Four). What was significant was to work very closely with leadership to understand what were their goals for now in this moment in time. As the world changed, their objectives had to change.
Each cohort completed the training over two years. Each cohort may have a different focus and objective depending upon what was happening in the practice, the firm, with their clients, in the industry or globally.
Being able to deliver the results by concentrating the skills to respond to their changes was a terrific challenge. It made it so much more interesting. The client team who worked together on this – we became a well-oiled machine and like family.
