For me, this quote says it all.

Aren’t we called to do this very thing on the daily?

Let’s face it. Our lives are one big improvisation. We are in the unknown all the time. And, yet, so much of our energy is used up by pretending we are in control over every moment. It’s quite funny. Really.

What I find most wonderful is that we can learn to cultivate the resources that help to build our wings on way down in the midst of our descent.

What are those skills?

For one, we cannot think our way out of this somewhat impending disaster. We cannot panic and scream out, “What if I cannot build my wings?!” That won’t work, will it?  Splat.

To get to your wits in that immediate moment is to have fine-tuned messages relevant and resonant with your listeners. Then you rapidly connect to your body for full presence & expressivity.

Everyone can fine tune and learn new skills

Even if you’ve been around the block many times, there are always new and fresh approaches to your communication.
